Conference concentrates on the implementation of the Youth Guarantee in Baltic Sea Region and successful networking and the best practices of peer development. There will be also presented examples of good practices of the work with NEETs and Early school leavers. The target groups of conference are policy makers, education and welfare specialists, NGOs, municipalities and public institutions.
